Questions people ask

Is there a free MCAS symptom tracker PDF?

Yes. Bucket’s MCAS reaction log is a free one-page PDF. Each row has room for a reaction, how bad it was, how long it lasted, what you took, and what came before it on the same day, the day before and two or three days before. Print it, copy it and share it, with no sign-up.

Why does the reaction log look back a few days?

Because some reactions turn up a day or two later, which is easy to miss in a plain list. The log’s three columns keep the days before each reaction side by side. It doesn’t say what caused anything: that’s for you and your clinician to weigh.

Will the log tell me what my MCAS triggers are?

No. The log is a blank form that records what came before each reaction. The Bucket app, coming soon to iPhone, looks for what tends to come before your symptoms in your own records, and it never says what caused them either.
